Prior to joining CleanArc, Neil served as Vice President of Finance & Capital Markets at Landmark Dividend, a vertically integrated investment manager specializing in mission-critical telecommunications, digital infrastructure, and real estate. During his tenure at Landmark, Neil completed over $3 billion in total transaction volume, demonstrating his adeptness in both debt and equity capital markets. Neil also played a pivotal role in overseeing the company’s various financial functions, including financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, investor relations, and evaluating new strategic initiatives.

Neil also previously served as Senior Director of Commercial Capital Markets at Ygrene Energy Fund, where he spearheaded efforts to grow and diversify access to various capital channels as well as to expand the company’s national lending platform.

At CleanArc, Neil leverages his extensive background to develop and manage finance operations and capital raising strategies. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, Neil collaborates closely with the executive team to facilitate project growth at every stage, from land acquisition to development, ensuring precision in meeting CleanArc’s financial objectives. Neil’s responsibilities also include managing board-level communications, financial reporting, and governance.

Neil holds a B.A. in Economics from Harvard University and an MBA from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.
