As CleanArc’s Chief Development Officer, he’s responsible for all hyperscale project development including property rezoning, entitlements, and other building requirements, as well as overseeing construction delivery teams across the country.
Prior to joining CleanArc, Englert served as the Founder and President of Modular Power Solutions, where he introduced innovative offsite manufacturing technologies that streamlined operations and substantially reduced deployment time and costs. Concurrently, as Chief Operating Officer at Rosendin Electric, he played a pivotal role in growing the company to over $3 billion in annual revenue. While there, he also developed several key patents that advanced offsite manufacturing techniques and data center construction.
Englert has been an active participant in industry governance throughout his career, helping to foster industry standards and advocating for regulatory frameworks that benefit private and institutional investments alike.
