With more than 13 years of experience in the global data center industry, Lisa Stevens is a highly skilled HR professional and effective leader committed to fostering collaborative and innovative business environments.

Lisa comes to CleanArc from Iron Mountain Data Centers, a global colocation platform provider. At Iron Mountain, she served as Senior Manager for HR Partnerships, working closely with globally dispersed senior leadership while overseeing organizational design, talent development, and change management. A passionate advocate for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), Lisa was instrumental in the development of Iron Mountain’s first business unit DEI steering committee, also serving as chairperson. Lisa is also known as a respected mentor, who supports training and incentive programs to help employees enhance performance, boost productivity, and excel professionally.

Lisa holds a PHR (Professional in Human Resources). She is an active member of the Society of Human Resources of Greater Phoenix and is involved in the Arizona Talent Co-Op, where she sits on the advisory board.
